To reduce the spread of Covid-19, we will be doing our best to safely operate a skeleton crew in our warehouse to offer a “no contact” pallet or parcel delivery service. This means that we can’t offer the normal level of service and won’t be able to assemble or remove packaging.
We have our own expert team of Indian Ocean Delivery Drivers offering a dedicated delivery service. We will unpack, assemble and place your furniture as directed and we will remove all packaging for recycling.
Our Logistics Coordinator will contact you, by telephone, to personally schedule your delivery.
We aim to deliver items we have in stock within 15 working days. If items are not in stock, we will contact you to advise you of the estimated lead time.
During busy periods, we may occasionally use a third-party carrier to make sure your delivery is fulfilled in a timely manner.
We use a courier service for the efficient dispatch of Parcel Deliveries such as Cushions, Covers, Care Products, Parasols/Parasol Bases ordered separately and other occasional pieces. Lighting orders may also be dispatched by courier. Courier delivery should be expected within 2-3 working days and we will try to accommodate any specific delivery requests. We will email you courier tracking details to allow you to monitor your delivery.

Please ensure that we have suitable access to the area in which you would like your new furniture positioned. Some furniture can be assembled on site once access had been made. However, if you have chosen large fixed pieces, please measure to ensure that the pieces will fit through your entrance or garden entrance.
Please let us know when you place your order if the delivery is above 2nd Floor or to a Roof Terrace. Whilst we will make every effort to complete all deliveries, we reserve the right not to complete the delivery if access is deemed to provide a risk to Health and Safety.
The Health & Safety of our delivery team is always our priority. Our team are required to wear steel capped protective safety boots as they are handling very heavy items. If access is necessary via the interior of your property, our team will cover their outdoor footwear with disposable anti-slip overshoes to avoid soiling your interior floors. Please don’t ask our team to remove their PPE boots as they are unable to continue with the delivery without the correct footwear. The teams also carry Hi-Vis jackets which can be worn if delivery is to a working site
If we are unable to complete your delivery due to limitations of access, then a £50 charge may be levied.
EUROPEAN EXPORT SHIPPING SERVICE – On-Line Checkout
We are delighted to offer a shipping service to all European destinations for on-line orders placed on our website. Whether you are ordering from the island of Majorca or mainland Marseilles, Antibes or Ibiza…. simply complete your European address and your international delivery cost will be automatically calculated at check-out.
- We will always aim to dispatch goods assembled; this will vary depending on the products ordered and the dimensions of the flat or assembled goods. We endeavour to reach the optimum balance to minimise both shipping costs and assembly by our clients; however occasionally some assembly may be required.
- Items sent by Parcel Service will be delivered to your door and tracking details emailed to you.
- Larger Items may be sent by a Pallet Service and will be delivered and unloaded as close to your property as deemed safe by the driver. Please be aware that the driver will not be able to return to collect the pallet. You will receive email correspondence to keep you informed of estimated delivery.

We are delighted to handle your Export shipping to destinations outside of Europe - please call us with your full overseas delivery address and we will calculate the shipping costs for you. We hope you will be delighted with your Indian Ocean furniture. Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery - in the unlikely event of a problem - please advise our delivery team at the time who will try to rectify it. If an item needs to be replaced, please allow for the delivery lead times. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss returns on 020 8675 4808. If agreed, we will arrange to collect your order. Items to be returned must be carefully stored, packed and in new condition. A £50 charge will be made for collection of goods delivered by our own teams. We cannot collect goods dispatched by courier. Goods sold for export cannot be returned.
