We can help you furnish the smallest balcony, a country garden or super yacht. We offer a complete Design & Planning Service to make sure you make the most of your space and our collections are on display at Harrods 3rd Floor, Knightsbridge, London, SW1 as well as our two London stores; Balham, SW12 & Hampstead, NW11. We are proud of our London warehouse and expert delivery teams.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Indian Ocean. Do please inspect your furniture or items at the time of delivery, in the unlikely event of a problem, please advise our delivery team at the time who may be able to rectify it. If an item needs to be replaced, please allow for delivery lead times. You must notify us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from delivery to discuss returns either by email at customerservices@indian-ocean.co.uk or by phone on 020 8675 4808. If agreed, we will arrange to collect your order. All items, including furniture, must be carefully stored and in new condition when we collect. GUARANTEE
We have designed and selected furniture which we believe will stand the test of time and we are confident that you will enjoy your furniture for many years to come. However, we do back our furniture with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers normal usage and is subject to terms and conditions. Warranty periods vary for Kitchens, Lighting and Heaters; please contact us for further information.
