Our Logistics Coordinator will contact you via email to schedule your delivery. We aim to deliver items we have in stock within 15 working days. If items are not in stock, we will contact you to advise you of the estimated lead time.
We have our own expert team of Indian Ocean Delivery Drivers offering a dedicated delivery service. We will unpack, assemble and place your furniture as directed and we will remove all packaging for recycling.
During busy periods, we may occasionally use a third-party carrier to make sure your delivery is fulfilled in a timely manner.
Couriers:
We use a courier service for the efficient dispatch of Parcel Deliveries such as Cushions, Covers, Care Products, Lights, Parasols/Parasol Bases ordered separately and other occasional pieces. Courier delivery should be expected within 2-3 working days and we will try to accommodate any specific delivery requests. We will email you courier tracking details to allow you to monitor your delivery.
Access
Please ensure that we have suitable access to the area in which you would like your new furniture positioned. Some furniture can be assembled on site once access had been made. However, if you have chosen large fixed pieces, please measure to ensure that the pieces will fit through your entrance or garden entrance. If you are unsure if your furniture will fit through, please use our 'Access guide'.
