The Indian Ocean classic collection of Parasols are manufactured from high specification materials that are suitable for outdoor conditions.
The frames of our classic Parasols are constructed from the finest FSC certified African Saligna timber which is kiln dried then treated with a natural timber sealer. All fittings are stainless steel for high durability.
The fabric is made from marine strength acrylic that is UV and fade resistant. The fabric is resistant to rotting and mildew and in addition is Teflon treated to provide water and soiling protection.
The bases are available in a granite for free standing Parasols and metal for use within a table. Both base options are available in two sizes depending on choice of Parasol. Please see related items below.
