Since stainless steel is not corrosion-resistant by definition, it is advisable to clean the furniture regularly with Indian Ocean Stainless Steel cleaner to minimise the contamination of the surface from airborne pollutants.  This avoids the formation of surface oxidisation deposits (brown spots).  Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Cleaner may be required if furniture has not been regularly cared for.
